DinePay is essentially QR based food ordering in that restaurants will have a QR code sticker on the table for customers to scan to view the menu, order and pay. In addition, there is no need for a tablet with DinePay. Customers can use their own devices to use this feature. It’s not just restaurants that can utilise DinePay. After your closing time has expired each night (if there are no orders pending) you will automatically receive an end of day report. This report is only for confirmed orders. It will give you an accurate breakdown of collection orders, delivery orders and cash and card payments.

Your customer will receive an SMS when an order is cancelled in the MENUU CMS. The customer’s refund will automatically be processed. They should receive their refund anytime from straight away to in 3 days time, depending on their bank. The exact same thing happens if you press the big red ‘C’ button on your MENUU Express GPRS Terminal to reject an order during the accept/reject process. 

In addition, when you process a full or partial refund in the MENUU CMS, the customer will receive an SMS.
